About the event

Take on 30 miles this June and help support patients and families living with life-limiting illnesses across your community.

Why 30 miles?

Our care reaches across Camden, Westminster, Brent, Kensington & Chelsea, Hammersmith & Fulham, Islington and Harrow, supporting patients and families living with life-limiting illnesses.

If you were to walk across these areas, it would total around 30 miles. Step Up for St John's represents that journey, connecting every step you take with the people we care for every day.

As you work your way through the challenge, you'll pass through the virtual boroughs, earning badges and learning more about the work we do there.

When you sign up, you’ll receive everything you need to get started:

How your support helps

Every mile you complete and every pound you raise throughout June will help us provide compassionate care when it matters most.

  • £20 could fund a bereavement counselling session for a patient’s loved one.
  • £35 could provide a home visit from a community nurse.
  • £50 could fund art and music therapy sessions in our Wellbeing Centre.

Join Step Up for St John's today and help us reach more people and provide vital care.
